Policies in review

The Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Content Policy for CieloLive are drafts that are still waiting for a lawyer's review. They are not in effect and are not published here. We will link them from this page and from checkout before any payment is taken.

What is true of the app today

• CieloLive runs on your own computer. Your settings, uploaded sounds and images, characters and logs are stored on your computer.
• There is no CieloLive account, cloud sync or analytics built into the app.
• Face tracking runs on your computer and the camera picture is not uploaded. The face-landmark model file (about 4 MB) is downloaded once from Google's public model storage, only when you press the download button in the app.
• Chat names and messages from your viewers are processed on your computer to show effects and read chat aloud, and may appear in the app's local log.
• Paying will be handled by Stripe, which holds card details. We do not see your card.

How billing is planned to work

Draft, pending lawyer review. Billing is not connected yet and nothing can be bought on this site.

• Plans are monthly and you can cancel online at any time, with no phone call or email needed.
• Cancelling stops the next charge. You keep paid features until the end of the period you already paid for, then CieloLive returns to the Free plan. Your files and settings stay on your computer.
• If the app cannot renew your licence, paid features keep working for a 14-day offline grace period before it returns to Free.
• The refund rules are still being decided and will be published before checkout opens.

Independent product

CieloLive is an independent product made by the Cielo Hermosa crew. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance. TikTok has no official public interface for LIVE events, so CieloLive uses an unofficial connection that can change or stop working when TikTok changes something.
