Frequently asked questions
How does the beta work?
Five seats in the United States (2 Mac, 3 Windows) for six weeks. Use CieloLive on real TikTok LIVEs and send us your feedback, and you get 50% off the app and packs for one year after the beta program ends. Apply in the beta section on the home page.
Do I need OBS?
No. CieloLive gives you an overlay link that you add once in TikTok LIVE Studio (Add source, then Link), and the built-in Studio can send your camera and effects straight to your stream. Studio streaming needs a TikTok account that has been given a stream key.
Do you need my TikTok password?
No. CieloLive only needs your @username.
Is it official?
No. CieloLive is independent and not affiliated with TikTok or ByteDance. TikTok has no official public interface for LIVE events, so CieloLive uses an unofficial connection. It can stop working when TikTok changes something, and we cannot promise otherwise.
Is my data safe?
CieloLive runs on your computer. Your settings, files and saved leaderboards stay there. This website has no analytics or ads. Crash reports are off unless you turn them on.
Can I use the music on my live?
Yes. The thirteen built-in tracks are original and free to use on your own streams, with a ready-made credit line. No program can promise a platform will never flag a track; if one is flagged, skip it and tell the platform it is an original work.
What if I stop paying?
After a 14-day offline grace period you go back to the Free plan. Your settings and files stay.
Does it work on a Mac and on Windows?
Yes, CieloLive is made for both. Mac test builds go to beta testers first and the Windows build follows. There is no public download until after the beta.
Which languages?
English and Spanish. The Spanish is a first translation that native speakers will review.
