A webcam only for characters and the Studio camera

For Studio streaming: a TikTok account that has a stream key. Otherwise add the overlay link as a source in TikTok LIVE Studio.

These requirements are a draft and are being confirmed on real computers during the beta.

Open the installer and follow the steps.
Until the installers are code-signed, Windows may show "Windows protected your PC" (choose More info, then Run anyway) and macOS may ask you to open the app from System Settings, Privacy and Security. This is expected for unsigned apps.
On first start, allow camera and microphone only if you want to use them.
CieloLive only listens on your own computer. The optional Phone remote, when you switch it on, opens one extra port for your home Wi-Fi. If your firewall asks, allow private networks only.
