Your instructor

Your instructor is a Colorado home care agency manager with a master’s degree in management (health care administration emphasis) and more than 17 years of hands-on leadership in licensed Colorado home care.

That experience includes running day-to-day operations for a multi-office licensed home care agency and certified Medicaid provider, preparing for and managing annual CDPHE surveys, managing state licensing applications, and hiring, training, and supervising caregivers.

The instructor has also served as administrator of a licensed Colorado hospice and in state-level advisory roles, and now teaches what new and current managers need to run a compliant, well-staffed agency.
